The Gertrude Hotel on Fitzroy’s iconic Gertrude Street is looking for experienced and talented FOH professionals to join our dream team for floor & events.
• Open 7 nights plus 4 lunches per week
• Passionate about, and dedicated to, providing superior service and experiences that not just meet, but exceed expectations
• Prime Gertrude Street location close to the CBD and easy access to parking and multiple tram and bus routes on our doorstep

ABOUT YOU:
• Passion for food, people, events, and hospitality
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails
• Experienced in front of house, with a talent for creating memorable and welcoming experiences for all guests
• Enjoy working as part of a focused (and fun) team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Desire to continue learning and growing in hospitality
THE ROLE:
• Flexible 7-day roster with a mixture of day and night shifts available
• A focus on private dining & events
